The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa was created to provide lower financing for qualified projects through revenue bonds.

These bonds are exempt from Arizona income taxation and can qualify for federal tax exemption provided they are issued in compliance with the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

The proceeds of the bonds can be used for the purchase or lease of land, buildings, machinery or equipment, which is suitable for manufacturing agricultural products, air or water pollution control facilities, convention or trade show facilities, renovation of documented historic houses, company headquarters and more. For a complete list of suitable projects and other relevant information, please view the links below.

The Industrial Development Authority is located at 301 W Jefferson Street, 10th floor, Phoenix 85003 and operates Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, please call 602.506.1888 or visit their website.
